Won Dharma Retreat Center, Aug 4th & 5th, 2016 (Saturday to Sunday).
You are invited to join us for 2 days and 1 night to experience a weekend of unmasking ourselves through in-depth meditation, Soul Medicine yoga, breath work, practical Q&A, divine feminine community immersion, stillness in nature, morning Seon practice, vegetarian meals, and a specialized one on one reflective discussion time with a spiritual teacher and professional photographer. Retreat begins at 10am on Saturday and ends with lunch on Sunday afternoon. You are welcome to come early for 7:30am breakfast and registration The cost of this retreat is in the chart below and all meals are included, prepared by the Won Dharma staff (special dietary needs can be accommodated).
Accommodations are peaceful and relaxing, the atmosphere is beautiful and quiet, and the meals are excellent. We ask retreat guests to bring a bath towel and hand towel, as well as personal toiletries (i.e. bath soap, hand soap, etc.). We will provide one bath and one hand towel for each guest. Additional towels, or a change of towel mid-week is not available. Guests may use the coin-operated washers/dryers located in the Placeless Zen guesthouse to wash their towels and clothing.
It is highly recommended that dorm guests bring a reading light, ear plugs and a sleeping mask. The dorm space is not suggested for light sleepers or loud snorers.
We can provide gluten, soy and dairy-free options only and will not be able to accommodate all food sensitivities. It may be necessary for a participant to bring his/her own food. A refrigerator for retreat participants is available in the Dining Hall for guests to store their own food.
